Allure feat. Jes “Show Me The Way” (TwisteDDisko remix)...

It’s easy to think perhaps that Dance Music is purely male dominated and while that may not be entirely true there is certainly a lack of female artists within the genre. However If I was pressed to name one Queen of Dance Music I would certainly have to include Jes as a front runner! Jes Brieden (aka JES) is a New York City based singer/producer who has racked up some dance floor classics collaborating with artists Gabriel & Dresden, Tiësto, and D:Fuse to name a few. Last week she released her fourth studio album “Unleash the Beat” a collection of remixes of older songs with a few new ones added in. One of the standout tracks on “Unleash the Beat” is her collaboration with Tiësto (Under the name Allure) “Show Me The Way”. This song was amazing in it’s original form but the TwisteDDisko remix has given the tune a nice spit polish. Take a listen to “Show me the Way” and click on the iTunes link to sample the rest of “Unleash the Beat”. We are confident you will want to add it to your playlist. Enjoy! Unleash the Beat –...

Tiësto “Knock You Out” (Keemerah Remix)...

Every once and a while the little guy comes up with a big win. It happens in sports all the time so why not music? Well a few months back that’s exactly what happened when Mexico City DJ Producer Keemerah became one ofthe winners of the Beatport and Tiësto remix contest. The remix was for Tiësto’s “Knock You Out” which featured vocals from Emily Gaines. Since winning the contest Keemerah has released a slew of remixes and is soon to release a solo EP. Check out the remix that started it all and let me know what you think? Knock You Out (feat. Emily Haines) [Remixes] –...

The Best of 2009 Jan05

The Best of 2009

Sometimes out of collaboration and revision comes a masterpiece and this track is one example of that. The first single that was released on Tiësto’s 2009 album “Kaleidoscope” is his collaboration with Sneaky Sound System “I Will Be Here”. On it’s own it’s a great track and the video they made to go with the track is equally as interesting. However when Austin Texas DJ, Wolfgang Gartner gets his mitts on song… Well let’s just say the result is pure genius! It’s one of our picks as one of the best of 2009. All week long we will be bringing you the best of the year gone by. We encourage comments but you have to register first.  🙂  It won’t hurt much promise....
