Kaskade
Well a few weeks ago I wrote about some of the more vital songs of 2009. Well there was the glaring omission of the artist/DJ Kaskade (aka Ryan Raddon) whose 2008 album "Strobelight Seduction" was still pumping out a few hits well into 2009 so on a technicality I thought it was fair to leave him of the list. Some of you might think I don't know what I am talking about because I could have mentioned his fantastic remix album "The Grand" which was released in '09. That would be a fair criticism, but in my honest opinion while a good remix album for sure, the only really standout track was "Angel On My Shoulder (EDX`s Belo Horizonte At Night Remix)" and since that and most of the other tracks were reworkings of "Strobelight" cuts, I left it out of consideration as one ...more»
